    Founder / Director

    Nathan has worked in property for two decades and has played an active role in Manchester’s city centre regeneration developing several, successful multi-million pound schemes, always with a hands-on approach to every part of the process. His knowledge of all aspects of property investment and development is exceptional and extensive and always delivered with passion and commitment.

  • Paul Dobbs

    Chief Operating Officer AssocRICS, FARLA

    Paul joined the company in 2017 after working for two successful property agencies, and oversees all operations of the business. With over 20 years’ experience within the property sector and qualified to ARLA Propertymark Level 4 (the highest level endorsed by ARLA) our clients can rest assured that their assets are in very capable hands.

    Finance Director MAAT

    Debbie has worked for Northern Group since incorporation. A qualified accountant with sound financial acumen and a wide skill set required for processing accounts for multiple companies including resident and overseas.

  • Egor Popovschi

    Head of Property Management & Lettings MARLA

    Egor is experienced in both residential and commercial property matters. He has worked within the property industry since 2014, originally involved in student accommodation and HMOs before joining our company. He holds the Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management (ARLA Propertymark) with the intention to obtain further qualifications.

    Head of Facilities

    With a trades background as a joiner, Paul has 32 years of experience within the housing and property sector, including 15 years as a senior manager specialising in compliance and asset delivery. His deep understanding of compliance regulations and legislations is matched only by his passion for people and celebrating their skills.

    Lettings Manager MARLA

    Emily is responsible for ensuring our properties are let with minimal voids and ensuring our clients receive a great letting service. Being ARLA qualified and achieving a Masters in Real Estate and Development enables her to have the best understanding of our clients’ needs. Emily is also responsible for growing our portfolio of managed properties and as a landlord herself, she knows exactly what a landlord wants!

    Marketing Manager

    Alex achieved a first-class bachelor’s degree in advertising, branding and marketing back in 2014 and has been working in marketing for the past decade. With over 6-years of experience in the property sector, Alex worked within the PBSA and BTR space before joining our company to work on our marketing initiatives.

    HR & Payroll Manager

    Matthew has over 25 years of experience working within the property sector. Previously, he worked for a successful Sales & Lettings agency for 20 years, overseeing the day-to-day running of the business across all departments. Later, he moved into Mergers & Acquisitions for a large national company. His role was to oversee the acquisition of Sales & Lettings agencies to ensure a smooth transition into the company's regional brands.

    Property Accounts Manager MAAT

    Caitlin began her apprenticeship with the company in 2016. During this time, she completed her AAT and impressed us so much so with her capabilities that she was promoted to her current role. Caitlin is responsible for overseeing all property accounts using her meticulous eye for numbers.

  • Stacey Sellars

    Finance Manager

    Stacey joined the company in 2015 as an accounts assistant. With 14 years accounts experience and qualified to AAT Level 3 she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. Stacey now oversees a team managing the day-to-day company finances along with preparing end of years accounts.

    Facilities Manager

    Steve joined our team in 2018 as a maintenance engineer with 10 years’ experience, and has since progressed to Facilities Manager. His keen eye for detail ensures that all our buildings remain well maintained and compliant.

  • Aria Ford

    Department Manager - Property Manager

    Aria started working at Northern Group in 2020 with no prior property experience but hit the ground running as a Residential Property Manager before being promoted to Block and Estates Manager in 2022. After two years of successfully managing the larger buildings within the portfolio, Aria was promoted to Department Manager in 2024 and is in the process of completing her IRPM qualification.
